Leadership structure

Enerlab Academy is a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a €64,000 share capital. Its governance is centred on academic quality and learner support. Three bodies share leadership responsibilities:

Executive leadership — responsible for strategy, partnerships and institutional decisions.
Academic leadership — oversees programs, faculty and learner follow-up.
Quality officers — manage the Qualiopi certification, accessibility (PSH) and OPCO funder relations.

Student representation

Students take part in the school's governance via two bodies:

Class representatives — elected at the start of each academic year in every cohort, the primary contacts with academic leadership.
School Life Council (CVE) — brings together student representatives, faculty and leadership several times a year to discuss organisation, academic quality and campus life.

The executive committee gathers the school's key leaders. Individual profiles will be published as each member confirms consent.
