Tuition fees 2026-2027 — Enerlab Academy

Work-study (alternance) = €0 out-of-pocket for the student

Most of our programmes are available under an apprenticeship or professionalisation contract. The student pays no tuition — the cost is covered by the employer's OPCO (the NPEC scheme set by France Compétences). The student also receives a monthly salary.

Any residual cost for the employer depends on the NPEC (Niveau de Prise En Charge / coverage level) set by France Compétences for each certification.

Fee architecture

In accordance with our General Terms (Article 4), the cost breaks down into:

Application & registration fee — €400, covering the 6 post-admission services (file activation, enrolment certificate, Campus France support, administrative transfer, positioning test, study plan).
Annual tuition — varies by programme and payment plan (see tables below).

The pre-admission review (before admission and payment) is entirely free.

Early payment must be made in full before the start of the academic year to qualify for the discount. The instalment plan includes €350 of monthly handling fees.

Master's titles (NQF level 7 RNCP) are awarded under partnership conventions with title-holder schools.

Work-study (apprenticeship / professionalisation)

For the student

€0 tuition.
Monthly salary paid by the employer according to the legal scale (27% to 100% of the French minimum wage, depending on age and year of study).

For the employer

Fully covered by the OPCO under the NPEC (coverage level) set for the certification.
Possible marginal residual cost depending on collective agreements.

Partner OPCOs: ATLAS, AKTO, OPCO EP, CONSTRUCTYS, OCAPIAT.

VAT exemption — Enerlab Academy is exempt from VAT on training services under article 261-4-4° of the French Tax Code. Listed prices are net of VAT.

Mandatory additional fees

In addition to the registration fee and annual tuition, students must budget for:

Application & registration fee (non-refundable after admission): €400 — covers the 6 post-admission services (file activation, enrolment certificate, Campus France support, administrative transfer, positioning test, study plan).
CVEC — Student Life & Campus Contribution: €103 / year (2026 amount) — payable online at cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr. Compulsory for any higher-education enrolment (Law of 8 March 2018).
Complementary health insurance (recommended): €20 to €50 / month depending on coverage — tops up the (free) student health insurance.
Course materials & textbooks: Included in tuition (digital course materials, learning platforms, LMS access).

Payment terms

Payable on enrolment by credit card, SEPA transfer or international SWIFT transfer.
Instalment plan available in 3, 5 or 10 payments (full-time programmes only, subject to approval — see tables above).
International applicants: SWIFT transfer accepted (IBAN issued with the Letter of Acceptance).
Cash payments are not accepted (Qualiopi accounting requirement).

Financing options

Several schemes can help you finance all or part of your studies:

CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation) — for eligible programmes.
OPCO — for work-study (apprenticeship, professionalisation).
France Travail (Pôle Emploi) — individual training aid (AIF).
CROUS scholarships — for students meeting the social-criteria eligibility.
Early payment — save €600 (BTS) or €500 (Master's).
Instalment plan — spread the payment over 12 months.
International students: French Government Scholarships (BGF), AUF, Eiffel Excellence (Master's only), bilateral programmes from your home country.

Right of withdrawal & refund

Pursuant to Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-calendar-day cooling-off period after payment of the registration fee to withdraw without giving any reason.

If you withdraw after payment, the refund is calculated on the basis of services not yet delivered (see General Terms, Article 6). An immutable snapshot is created at the date of the request.
