Housing

Find your room or flat in Greater Paris — with full international guidance

Three options

CROUS

University residences from €230 to €450 / month. Apply via the Dossier Social Étudiant (DSE) on messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr. Priority is given to scholarship-holders.

Partner residences

Studios from €550 to €900 / month with our partners (Studapart, Studea, Nemea, Studef). Special rates with the "Enerlab" promo code.

Private rentals

Studios (€700-1100) and shared flats ("colocation", €500-800/room) widely available in Asnières, Clichy, Levallois, Bois-Colombes. SeLoger, LeBonCoin, PAP, Lokaviz.

Financial help (CAF)

Most students (French and international) are eligible for the APL housing benefit from the CAF (Caisse d'Allocations Familiales). Once registered, you can claim €100 to €280 / month depending on income. International students can apply once they have a French bank account.

Guarantor (Visale)

The free public Visale guarantee (run by Action Logement) is available for students aged 18-30, including international students. Without it, landlords typically require a French personal guarantor.
