Enerlab Academy is a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with €64,000 share capital, with a governance centred on academic quality and learner support.

01 Leadership structure

Leadership is built around three complementary bodies.

  • Executive leadership — responsible for strategy, partnerships and institutional decisions
  • Academic leadership — oversees programmes, faculty and learner follow-up
  • Quality officers — manage the Qualiopi certification, accessibility (PSH) and OPCO funder relations

03 Student representation

Students take part in the life of the school through two bodies.

  • Class representatives — elected at the start of each year in every cohort, primary contacts with academic leadership
  • School Life Council (CVE) — brings together student representatives, faculty and leadership several times a year to discuss organisation, academic quality and campus life

04 Executive committee

The executive committee gathers the key managers of the school.

Individual profile sheets will be published progressively as each member validates them.

  • General Director — strategy, institutional partnerships, official representation
  • Academic Director — programmes, quality follow-up, Ministry of Education accreditations, examinations
  • Head of International Relations — visa support, mobility agreements, welcoming international applicants
  • Head of Administration & Finance — accounting, Qualiopi, training-provider declaration, payroll, OPCO relations
