Why hire an apprentice?

• Zero net training cost: tuition fees fully covered by your OPCO sector skills operator (within the legal ceiling).
• Aid up to €6,000 from the French government for the first year of an apprenticeship contract.
• Reduced social contributions on apprentice salary.
• Trained, tested, ready to convert into a permanent hire after the contract.

How it works

1. Tell us your needs: profile, sector, start date.
2. We pre-select 3-5 students matching your brief.
3. You meet candidates and choose your future apprentice.
4. We draft the CERFA contract and handle the OPCO file end-to-end.
5. The student alternates between your company and our campus (typically 3 days/2 days).
6. Your tutor and our coordinator meet 3 times a year to review progress.

Apprentice salary (per French law, 2026)

Apprentice salaries depend on the age of the apprentice and the year of the contract, expressed as a percentage of the SMIC (French minimum wage):

• Under 18: 27 % → 67 % of SMIC
• 18 – 20: 43 % → 79 % of SMIC
• 21 – 25: 53 % → 100 % of SMIC
• 26 and over: 100 % of SMIC minimum
